UNLAWFUL BAIL CONDITIONS LIFTED
Excellent news…the police and the CPS have dropped
the conditions of bail. These conditions were unlawful
and at Portsmouth Magistrates Court yesterday before
a judge, the CPS withdrew the bail conditions they
unlawfully imposed on Les Cummings.
Les still has to answer to police
bail on the 19th of this month.
THE ABOVE UNSIGNED LETTER WAS FULL OF WIND AND HELD NO SUBSTANCE
THESE CONDITIONS OF BAIL WERE UNLAWFUL. THE BULLY-BOY TACTICS
OF
THE POLICE AND THE CPS DID NOT SHAKE LES CUMMINGS.
LES FOUGHT AGAINST THESE CONDITIONS IN THE SOUND
KNOWLEDGE
THAT WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO FIGHT TO MAINTAIN
OUR RIGHTS, THAT IS

THERE WERE 14 POLICE OFFICERS AND FIVE POLICE
VEHICLES SENT TO ARREST HIM. ALL FOR PUBLIC ORDER OFFENCE THAT LES CUMMINGS
IS INNOCENT OF. HE WAS ONLY EXERCISING HIS RIGHTS TO FREE SPEECH.
PORTSMOUTH POLICE REMOVE A SIGN THAT INFORMS PORTSMOUTH ABOUT MIKE HANCOCK.
THUS THEY HAVE BECOME PART OF
THE CONSPIRACY TO HIDE CERTAIN
FACTS THAT MIKE HANCOCK IS BURYING AWAY
FROM THE PUBLIC.
WOULDN’T YOU EXPECT THE POLICE TO INVESTIGATE THESE CLAIMS?
NO THEY REFUSED AND ARRESTED LES CUMMINGS INSTEAD!
Hancock Illegally
parked on yellow lines today. He is too far from the kerb and a few feet from a junction. But don’t worry he can get
away with it because he’s an MP. If you get a ticket take this photo into the parking office and ask why he wasn’t
given a ticket.
Hancock has claimed thousands
of pounds as an MP stating that his wife Jacqui Hancock
was working for him at his office in Albert Road. What we want
is for Hancock to produce
the evidence such as the
PAYE forms that he would have filled in.

Lib Dems are slowly taking them away by walking out
of council meetings because they don’t agree with
those who are making deputations or asking questions.
