Update on DS Turton 18-08-2010
Les Cummings called DS Nicola Turton 969 and asked when he could have his computer back. DS Turton vehemently
spat out her answer….”Not for months.”
In this, we believe we have established there is a hidden agenda and this arrest is part of the vendetta against Les
by certain police officers in Hampshire Constabulary.
One of our supporters Mr. Don Jerrald has given us further information regarding DS Turton and her involvement in other
failed paedophile investigations.
(Don is a retired solicitor who helps victims of abuse of power by local councils. Don lives in Greatham near Petersfield,
and has been investigating and exposing corruption in East Hampshire District Council and other local Councils since 2002.)

The only reason Hampshire Constabulary has taken Les Cummings computer is to go on fishing
expedition. Just as they did with Mark Austin and as we all know, he…WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY!
In fact, we
should like to point out the Mark Austin case as it mirrors this situation. If you take on certain politicians like Mike Hancock,
their friends in Hampshire police will soon…
come-a-knocking for you.

Les
Cummings has been arrested by Detective Sergeant Nicola Turton 969 who raided his home with a search warrant. She was accompanied
by three other officers.
Les is 66 years of age and disabled. Why four police officers?
Over the top and a waste of police resources!
Les
had his computer seized and DS Turton left paper work but failed to even put her name to this search warrant. (Please see
copy posted below.) Les was asked by DS Turton if he would be reporting his arrest on this website, we wonder why. We think
the police want to keep this situation hushed-up but they are in for a big surprise - watch the media closely.
Also taken were some papers, interestingly they took a letter Les
Cummings received from a firm of solicitors in London acting for DI John Geden and DCI Richard John who were sending empty
threats to Les via these solicitors.
The case Les was arrested for is
under the ‘Representation of the Peoples Act 1983, so exactly why was this letter taken?
Is it indicative of a Hampshire Constabulary Witch Hunt? Why take this letter that is totally unrelated to this inquiry.
Where exactly where does this letter fit into this alleged offence
and why was it taken? Is this police retaliation?
Why
was Les arrested and not Mike Hancock who has been reported for the same alleged offence? In fact DS Firman is investigating
Les Cummings complaint against Hancock. Double standards are blatantly being used and it has a nasty smell about it.
In fact, at a civil hearing on 4th May 2010 at Southampton
Crown Court, Her Honour Judge Sullivan QC was contemplating giving Hancock a custodial sentence for contempt of court. This
was due to Hancock’s refusal to obey Judge Sullivan’s restraining order, twice.
Judge
Sullivan refused to award costs against Les Cummings and told Hancock he must bear his own costs, believed to be in the region
of approximately £17,000. Les Cummings represented himself therefore he had no costs.
At
the same hearing Judge Sullivan QC also said “Mr. Hancock has clearly committed criminal offences in distributing his
flyers.”
Hancock attempted to distance himself
by saying, ”I knew nothing about these flyers.” And Judge Sullivan replied, ”Mr. Hancock, you were a party
to it.” After all, Hancock’s signature was clearly on the bottom of this flyer.
Hancock
has distributed his flyers that contained false information about Les Cummings, therefore he has committed an offence under
the Representation of the Peoples Act 1983.
Fortunately even though the police
took his computer, with a new donated computer and all his files and software protected, Les was up and running again the
same day.
And if they want to take this computer, there are plenty of others
as replacements…
We believe this is a personal vendetta against Les Cummings and
PO12BG because we have uncovered corruption and serious crimes.
Les
has not been charged and has to answer to bail on 22-09-2010.
Les say’s “I would
very much like this case to go to court and for the benefit of the CPS who may read this, please charge me and let’s
expose the misdeeds of Mike Hancock once and for all. I am fully prepared to defend myself and I do have other evidence that
I have held back from DS Turton when she interviewed me. ”
A formal
letter of complaint regarding this arrest by DS Turton 969 was hand delivered to the IPCC in London on August 5th
2010.
Finally, Les is compelled to state
that…throughout his arrest, all the police officers were extremely respectful and adhered to the various dysfunctional
quirks that Les has been left with, due to his childhood experiences.
As you can see above, DS Nicola Turton doesn’t like to use her name on documents. She prefers to hide behind
her collar number…wonder why.
