Cllr Eleanor Scott claims on her declaration of interests form
that she is a Doctor. PO12BG has called Cllr Scott, left a message
on her answer-phone to call us back. Click below to listen.
We are still investigating this situation.
We have contacted The University of London and
spoke to Patrick Mortensen in the Registrar’s office
and he stated, ‘If a person has a PhD, it is not the
done thing to use the title of Dr. For example, John
Smith
PhD is the correct title that should be used.’
We have left a message for Cllr Scott and hopefully
she will contact PO12BG to give us the information
on
her title. Such as, where and when she obtained
the right
to use the title of Dr.

Naturally, full signatures can be misused if they are
displayed on the PCC website, but surely they could
put
the their initials on this important form.
Typical cavalier Lib Dem attitude towards
accountability to you the voter.

Portsmouth City Council is full of ‘Drama
Queens’ but Cllr Eleanor Scott takes first prize. She first attempts to get Mark Austin into prison and fails. Then
is rewarded the title of ‘VICTIM OF ALL VICTIMS’ by falsely claiming she is being threatened by Mark Austin because
she needs him to be banned from meetings. The real truth behind her acting the victim is due to the fact she’s embarrassed
in the presence of Mark Austin because she has a guilty conscience.
She
then lies blatantly about Mark Austin shouting at her and when that doesn’t work she cries ‘wolf’ by claiming
‘oh please look at me, I’m being threatened’ all to no avail because the public don’t believe her
lies.
Now we believe she gone into hiding, too pathetic for words…
The story below was published by The News and in it Cllr
Eleanor Scott, assisted by The News attempts to claim
herself as a victim. This attempt failed so much, if you
try to search for the story you won’t find it because The
News removed from their site due to embarrassment.
Eleanor Scott attempted to get Mark Austin into
prison by running to the police with false claims.
When she fails she decides to play the ‘victim game’
but fails yet again. All the comments sent in by
members of the public see Scott’s ploy for what it
is, a sham by a desperate deranged woman.
City councillor cancels meeting over fears for her personal
safety
Cllr Eleanor Scott

A Portsmouth city councillor cancelled a decision-making meeting because she felt threatened by a well-known
campaigner.
Lib Dem Cllr Eleanor Scott refused to chair a public meeting as the cabinet member for the environment
because Mark Austin was lined up to make deputations.
She was offered security guards to sit in on the meeting
– but called it off on the morning it was due to take place.
It meant two items on the agenda – the
council's noise enforcement policy and an update on air quality – had to be put back by four days to a cabinet meeting.
Mr Austin, 51, of Francis Avenue, Southsea, first started tackling Portsmouth City Council around three years ago
over the Northern Quarter development.
Now he regularly appears at council meetings to speak on a range of subjects.
He has also been to councillors' homes and writes about them on a website.
His actions have caused
a handful of Lib Dems to make moves to silence him.
Cllr David Stephen-Butler has reported him to the police for
harassment.
At a meeting of the full council last week, Cllrs John Ireland, Cheryl Buggy and Stephen-Butler, along
with fellow Lib Dems Jacqui Hancock and Margaret Foster, walked out when Mr Austin appeared to speak.
Mark
Austin
Mr Austin said: 'I have never been threatening or violent towards anyone.
'I am exercising
my democratic right to test and question the council and the decision to cancel the meeting shows utter contempt for the council's
own constitution and the law.
'This shows we have not got Liberal democracy in Portsmouth if they are trying
to ban a member of public from holding the council to account.'
Cllr Scott said she had cancelled the meeting
because she did not feel safe knowing that Mr Austin planned to attend.
She said: 'Obviously the risk was deemed
enough to warrant security guards so I took a stand and said I would not chair a meeting where there would be that risk.'
Clearly Cllr. Scott had not done the necessary
homework in order to answer what she considers potentially awkward (and, no doubt, impertinent) questions from the electorate.
Get a grip Councillor.

Is this the same Cllr Scott, where The News reported at a recent
trial involving Mr Austin, that it wss her who went to the police and not the girl's mother as the authorities had tried
to make everyyone believe?
How many times had Cllr Scott reported Austin prior to the court hearing for violence
etc?
Questions that appear not to be asked. There is something not quite right here. Have The News got information
they are holding back?

Where in this story does it cite any recorded threats of any kind
by Austin to warrant this woman’s actions? Was there a police arrest? Did she get attacked? Has she been getting threats
and who did she reprot it to? More to the point, why didn’t The News ask these questions? It’s patently obvious
there’s only half a story here. So what’s missing? Whenever I read stories with more unanswered questions than
answers, I’m always going to be suspicious as to the authenticity of the facts being presented.

Councillors walkout of a meeting instead of listening to the electorate
- Democracy is not only dead on a national level it is dead on a local level. Defect from the party elected by the voters
and then will not listen to them either - RIP Democracy.

The end of life as we know it. The Lib Dems are taking away our
rights bit by bit. I know who I won't be voting for at the next elections, the Lib Dems. Why are we not alowed to ask
questions anymore? Did i fall asleep and wake up in another counctry or what. God help us all if this alowed to continue.

I am astounded with my good old England where
my late husband served in the war to fight
against oppression and now these councillors are becoming dictators. My poor
old Jack would
turn in his grave. Shame on you Councillor Scott and shame on my poor old country. PS My grandaughter
helped me say this message.

As I go to 90% of all meetings with Mark Austin, I can asure you
all Mark Austin has never shouted at any of the councillors.(sometimes I wonder why not)
I was going to the meeting with
Mark Austin only to find Cllr Scott had cancelled.(Was it from a heavy night before??)
She tried to set Mark up in a
court case and is now a coward to face us.
Mark was there for the meeting, ask his questions and go home.
